About

Boon & Bane is a meta-fantasy created by illustrator and musician, Bob Gravelle. This fantasy setting is created through illustration and music. Each work is an exploration of the human experience seen through the lens of fantasy world building. The illustrations create a fantastical representation of personal experience, emotion, thought, and states of being – expressed through an imagined mythology and world for viewers to interpret and explore. Each personal interpretation of the world, story, and characters creates a new “canon” for the individual.

Bob Gravelle is a musician, guitarist, multi-instrumentalist, illustrator, and world builder based out of Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. Creator of Boon & Bane.
